Lakeside Events becomes your partner as we assist you in designing a meeting or special event. We understand the importance of protocol and the art of facilitating the perfect meeting or designing your special event.

We have a highly-qualified on-site staff and a pool of superb vendors with whom we work. We have specifically chosen people who understand the nuances of a gathering and the finite details that need attention.

Joseph Van Noy

Joseph Van Noy, Co-Owner, has led Van Noy Catering & Events for over 12 years designing and catering meetings and corporate parties from six to six thousand. He is the designer/owner of City Lights Café and operates a 3,000 square foot commercial kitchen at The Event Center.

Christine Lucchesi Van Noy

Christine Van Noy, Co-Owner, spent over 30 years at Kaiser Permanente. She was Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO and became expert at corporate protocol. She served as President of Kaiser Permanente International. After retirement she began a new career in catering and event planning.

Alexis Vaca

Alexis Vaca, Manager of Lakeside Events, has over nine years of experience in the customer service and hospitality industry. Her mission is to help you plan, organize and deliver the perfect meeting. Working with Alexis, you are guaranteed a customized and successful event. Alexis is currently studying for her Meeting Planners' International certification.

Phillip Estrada

Phillip Estrada, is our Facilities Coordinator and strives to perfect each room design, audio visual and lighting. Phillip also expedites catering for Van Noy Catering. He has extensive experience in this area having served as Captain at various country clubs and wedding venues.
